Vitamin D3 The Sunshine Vitamin and why you're probably deficient.
You are being lied to by the Govt and health advisors, Sunshine is actually good for you, the intention behind the lies is to deliberately Cause cancer as one of many ways of reducing the worlds population, Profitably of course.

Well it is a conspiracy, but it's a fact.
Humans make Vitamin D3 in our skin, those of us in Northern latitudes like Northern USA, Canada, Western Europe came originally from further South, where, thousands of years ago, we used to run around naked.
As the Ice sheets retreated, we moved north, we were able to do this and survive the still cold winters because of our Intelligence.
We made clothes, and built shelters and houses.
Unfortunately, wearing clothes cuts down our ability to make Vitamin D3, ideally, we should be making at least 5000 iu of Vit D3 per day, there is not enough Vit D3 in food, a glass of milk only contains around 60iu.
The Govt tells us we only need 200 iu a day, the Videos below will show you that not only is this advice wrong, it's DEAD WRONG, and it can only be a Deliberate policy aimed at CAUSING SICKNESS and profiting from that ill health.
The videos below will show that Ultra Violet light has 2 regions, UVB is the Good one, this is the region that helps produce Vitamin D3 in our skin.
It can, in excess burn and cause cancer, but the type of damage it causes is exactly the type of damage that Vit D helps to repair.
No one is suggesting you can go out in the sun with impunity, burnt skin means you've over done it.
The most dangerous time is the first week of a holiday when many of us have No tan protection, and very low Vit D levels, hence we with White skin end up burnt and picking up local infections very easily.
UVA is the major problem one, however, under normal conditions, Vit D3 can and does repair the cellular damage caused by UVA, so getting a good regular dose of Sunshine Reduces incidence of Cancer.
Govt's and pharmaceutical companies created Sunscreens, these themselves contain carcinogens that are absorbed into the blood, things like Benzene for example.
The early Sunscreens absorbed UVB ( the good one ) then re radiated this energy as UVA ( the bad one ) so you ended up with a double dose of bad UVA, with no UVB to repair the damage, which makes it a triple Whammy.
Tell me this was not by design.
Rather than improve the situation by allowing in the UVB to create Vit D3, newer sunscreens now block BOTH UVA and UVB so we still end up with no UVB and thus we remain, in northern latitudes, Chronically Vitamin D3 Deficient.

Periodic exposure to sunlight, without sunscreen a few days per week, or using supplements, especially in inter are beneficial. The best type of Sunblock is Avoidance or Clothing, some more informed dermatologists suggest Zinc and Titanium creams are safer than the Sunscreens normally sold.
